Accepting individual adults ONLY on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mid mornings and lunch time. Not accepting couples, kids, or teen. Counseling is a unique process where you feel accepted and safe enough be yourself, create goals, and work together with your therapist to achieve them. As your therapist I provide a relaxed environment for you to share whatever you chose to share. I will listen, empathize, and provide direction so that you can reduce symptoms, reduce stress, and grow as an individual. I am creative and comforting and will be objective and non-judgmental so that we can work on whatever brings you to therapy.
I specialize in relationships. I connect with people and find out what relationships are important to them. I can help you reduce conflict with your spouse, child, neighbors, boss, or mother-in-law. Through a growing understanding of who you are, what influences you, and what is important to you, we will improve things.
I specialize in helping individuals with family problems or adjustment to life changes. I will create a comfortable place for you. You can set the pac for what we talk about and what you are ready to work on. I am very easy going and will not overwhelm you. Sometimes we laugh. It's okay to cry, or be angry. Together we will figure this out.
