Are you anxious, stressed or depressed? Do you have a medical condition or addiction that affects your quality of life? Are you having problems in your relationships or workplace? If you are looking for help in coping with any of these challenges, then I believe that I can help. I can teach you relaxation techniques that help alleviate stress. I can also help you with journaling techniques and social skills that decrease depressive symptoms. I can help you to understand some of the sources of your anxiety, depression and anger that can affect your personal and professional relationships.
For over twenty years, I have worked as a health psychologist with children, adolescents, adults and seniors struggling with emotional, medical, addictions, and relationship issues. I also understand that you can face extreme challenges in a hostile social environment and that gender, racial, religious and sexual minority issues can be significant.
My female intern is fluent in Arabic and speaks French, specializing in children and families. My Palm Springs office serves those in Cathedral City, Desert Hot Springs, La Quinta, Morongo Valley, Yucca Valley, Palm Desert, and Rancho Mirage. My Beaumont office serves Banning, Beaumont, Calimesa, Cherry Valley, Hemet, San Jacinto, Yucaipa.
