I facilitate online healing journeys towards life balance, by helping my clients to connect, activate and integrate the dimensions of healing-wisdom that are inherent to all of us. By combining modern, evidence-based approaches with ancient spiritual healing modalities we will embark on a journey of deeper connection with the wisdom of your own mind-heart-body-soul. This work will help you release what is no longer needed and find freedom and authenticity in your choices, self-expression, and relationships. Healing journeys can be facilitated for individuals, couples, and groups and are based on the client's unique goals.
I believe in the mind-body-spirit connection and work holistically. Since there are no two people exactly alike, it is important to me to develop a plan of action that is suitable to your unique set of strengths and challenges. I draw on a combined experience of 20 years and on a variety of approaches and techniques.
What I love most about being a therapist is being a partner and a witness to the changes my clients make in their lives. Especially, I love seeing them finding the freedom from the "old stuff" as they begin to thrive in their present lives.
