I work in a caring, straight forward way to assist individuals in developing coping skills to use in their every day life; empowering them to reach their goals. I am DBT informed and supplement a psychodynamic approach with Mindfully based Cognitive Therapy, CBT as well as breathing and meditation.
I have 13+ years as a registered Yoga teacher, offering private/group sessions. Mixed level Hatha or Gentle Yoga can supplement individual therapy, reducing stress while building self esteem/body connection, (especially for eating disorders/body image issues) or used alone to increase self awareness through breathing, stretching and meditation.
