I integrate systemic, holistic, neuro-biopsychosocial, and traditional psychotherapeutic methods to assist you in your journey toward emotional and relational balance.

Appointments are offered exclusively online which allows for increased access to mental health care. I am Licensed in the states of North Carolina and Alabama and am an approved out-of-state telehealth provider for Florida.
