As a clinician who has survived the suicide of a loved one, I dedicate each day of my life to the mission of working with those who need help finding their way out of darkness. As human beings, we all experience trauma at some point in our lives. My hope is that we can work together to identify your current problem areas and discover skills and new ways of coping so you can live your life fully, joyfully, and authentically. Anxiety and depression can be daunting to face, but I'm here to offer you hope. Things can change and even the darkest of moments can be turned around.
I have been practicing as a licensed professional counselor since 2011. I work with clients of all ages and have years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population. I am trained to utilize a number of counseling techniques and individualize my treatment plans according to each client's needs.
I can help to answer your questions and we can work together to develop plans of action to help yourself or your child. I can provide you or your child with the tools and skills needed to overcome adversity, but most importantly, you and your child will find love of self through this process, growing with hope for the future.
