Whether I am seeing clients one-on-one, in group therapy settings, or in educational seminars, my mission is always the same - To share with you the tools you need to thrive, feel empowered and have peace of mind, no matter what challenges you have encountered. I have worked with individuals challenged by depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues. In addition, I understand the challenges specific to those who have struggled with alcohol and other drug dependence. Spouses, children (including adult children of addicts) and other family members are impacted just as much as the person with the addiction.
I educate my clients on the benefits of mindfulness and self-compassion for those who want to take a non-medication approach to to help ease depression, anxiety and promote relaxation, .
At our cores, we all need love, purpose, and balance. With direction and the right tools, you CAN create lasting changes. I offer FREE 15-MINUTE phone consultations to see if I am the right therapist for you.

Mindfulness Classes

In the 5-week class, you will learn how to steer the ship of your consciousness to where you want it to be rather than repeating old patterns that no longer serve you. Mindfulness will help to keep you grounded and centered, instead of on auto-pilot. Learn how to respond to the present moment with what you value rather than what you fear. Each week, we will cover a different area to anchor your skills so you can use them right away in your everyday life. $175.00 for entire 5-week course.
