I am an experienced licensced clinical therapist providing counseling services to adults, adolescents & children. I will help give you the skills to improve your life and facilitate positive and effective changes. We will work together to understand and work through the issues. My work experience consists of providing individual, family & group therapy at Somerset Medical Center Outpatient Program (dual diagnosis) helping adults manage their illness. Also, was employed at Princeton Behavioral Health working with Trauma Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT & Process). I am currently seeing clients both in person and virtual.
I provide individual, couples, marriage and family counseling. I also help families move through the process of separation and divorce. I also work with children and adolescents who struggle with developemental, behavioral and psychological issues. I have experience in the school system working with elementary and high school students.
Along with my practice, I currently provide group therapy at Genpsych for adults (male and female) (Mental Health and Substance abuse, psychotherapy/coping strategies) I also currently provide group therapy for adolescents & adults ( DBT- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Process.)

Welcome! You are Not Alone! Come join our Divorce and DBT groups. Here you will find support, therapy, DBT Skills, healing, and the ability to move on. You will be provided with skills to help you regulate your emotions, increase your ability to tolerate life's stress, and interpersonal relationship skills, i.e. validation, effective communication in the family, closer relationship in the family, learning how to express feelings and much more. . Parenting skills are also provided to help you and your children navigate through this very emotional process while learning and healing.
