Hi, I wanted to say first say thank you for taking the time to look into getting some help. My specialization as a Marriage Therapist is to help couples better walk-through life in create positive connective meaning in their relationship. Marriages are very difficult relationships and not one that is always easily talked about and protected into days world. My goal is to create safe space to allow the exploration of your thoughts and feelings and increase the ability to use evidenced based skills to help alleviate concerns and make your most important relationships feel safer and stronger.
I specialize in working with families and couples. With couples, I'm Level III trained in The Gottman Method for couples counseling. The Gottman's are the leading researchers in marital therapy with over 50 years of evidence based research in the field. http://www.gottman.com Helping couples learn how to not just survive in their marriage but thrive in it.
For those client's who request a Christian Counselor, I also use Spiritually Based Therapy as a Christian Counselor who has training in integration of faith and psychology. I also have a unique background in medical psychology, working with a variety of other medical professionals to better help treat your concerns.
