I work with people experiencing depression, grief, relationship dissatisfaction, addiction, anxiety and trauma. I work collaboratively with my clients, knowing that all people have the ability to grow and heal. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the mechanism that propels healing and I love witnessing and guiding people toward their inner truth.
Therapy can sometimes feel scary. Our desire to be known is sometimes obscured by our desire to be hidden or safe. Clients have told me that I am compassionate, warm and non-judgmental. Pregnancy Support Group
As we anticipate the arrival of our babies, we may also wonder how our relationship with our partners, friends and selves may change. We may ask what kind of mom will I be? Will things with my partner become different? Will I have enough time for me? Who will I be as a parent? We may begin to notice shifts in ourselves and relationships long before our babies arrive. Come share and grow with other expectant mamas as we explore these topics in a supportive, safe, and nurturing environment.
