My practice is open to kids (ages 9+), adolescents, adults, and couples with a range of psychological challenges including: depression, anxiety, alcohol & other drug addiction, marital/relationship problems, adjustment stressors, anger management, sports/peak performance, and career development. Clients who enjoy an approachable, interactive, and collaborative relationship benefit from working with me. I have extensive experience working with high school and college students. My approach is grounded in positive psychology and CBT, and the role of fitness & nutrition in optimal psychological health!
A unique feature to my practice is the opportunity for clients to blend psychotherapy and performance coaching (health/fitness/nutrition/career). Admission: I practice a healthy lifestyle.
