We all have times when life seems like more than we can navigate on our own. With over 30 years of experience, I help clients with a wide range of issues for both short and long-term goals. My style is warm, interactive, and direct while honoring individual uniqueness and self-expression. In a safe and confidential setting, my goal is to provide an opportunity to challenge self-limiting beliefs/behaviors and to establish lifelong tools for improving/maintaining a healthy and fulfilling life.
Areas of special interest and training include: Relationships/Couples; Anxiety/Trauma/PTSD including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing); Pain Management & Body/Mind Psychotherapy including use of EMDR, Lifespan Integration, Focusing, and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy; Art Therapy (see below)
I guide clients in exploration of metaphor, symbol, myth, and dreams associated with their art making. Working this way can offer increased insight and deeper connection to Life while strengthening our own individual voice in creative endeavors.
