What brings you to therapy is complex and personal. I will meet you where you are, working with whatever you bring through the door and support you to become the expert in shaping your own life. I view therapy as intersectional, dynamic, and co-creative - a space of safety and nonjudgment where you can process, explore, and heal.
I am passionate in my work with people who have faced complex trauma and abuse, as well as those experiencing challenges with relationship to self and others, stress, gender or sexuality, oppression, anxiety, and depression.
All are welcome. I specialize in working with folks in the queer community and especially encourage Black, indigenous, and people of color to reach out. Email is the best way to reach me.
