My therapy practice focuses on liberation and reclamation in ways that honor both where you're at now and what you've survived. I don't believe anyone is broken or irredeemable and want to support clients discover ways to feel empowered, take responsibility and come more fully home to themselves. Areas that I'm passionate about supporting include complex trauma, inseucre attachment, sexuality, gender identity, relationship patterns, social justice issues and religious abuse.
I'm passionate about getting to the underbelly of what aches. I believe we all have intrinsic worth that no behavior nor person can take from us despite how it often feels. We can and must rescript our narrative and find ways to save our lives. It's an honor to journey alongside others as they own, reclaim and heal what's previously felt impossible.
Social justice issues align with collective care. Systemic oppression contributes to collective and individual mental health vulnerabilities and needs. I am committed to advocacy, reparations and anti-racist education/work outside of my practice with the intent of owning my part with increasing safety, honoring humanity and loving my neighbor more fully.

I run ongoing groups for adults. Topics that may be centered depending on group interest and needs include the following: boundaries, consent, trauma, relationship issues, healing insecure attachment patterns, exploring sexuality, identity, body image and identity. Group is $35-50/per group (depending on topic) with an 8-12wk commitment. Once a group starts it becomes closed to ensure confidentiality and build group safety and connection.
