I don't solve problems. What I do is work with clients and teach you how to problem solve!! And then we practice that skill together. No matter the age of my client nor the reason that brings them to my office, I want to be clear that this is a team approach. That having a neutral party to speak with; someone who will not judge but someone with whom you can share your concerns and issues can make all of the difference in the world in bringing about the changes that you desire.
Depression, generalized anxiety, social phobias, grief & life transitions are a few of my specialities. Have worked closely with transgender clients on their journey of coming out and beginning new lives. I enjoy working with couples who want to find their way back to each other; as well as those families and individuals experiencing separation & divorce.
I have the pleasure of working with clients of all ages and gender identities. I utlilize respect and humor as I truly believe that laughter is good for all of us & helps to move us forward which allows the opportunity to stop and collect our thoughts; and, then, move through the toughest obstacles together.
