Providing compassionate counseling for adolescents, adults, and seniors. I strive to meet people at their point of need and provide support, education and encouragement to enable clients to reach their full potential and experience a life of purpose, joy and contentment. I provide mental health counseling on an individual, family and group basis. I also provide case management services and referrals for my clients for additional services and to other professionals as needed. I am also available to provide consulting to businesses and organizations in the areas of morale, employee relations, creativity, and motivation.
I have experience in the areas of anxiety, depression, personality disorders (including bi-polar disorder, borderline disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder), attention deficit disorder, addiction, co-dependency, family and marital concerns, the grieving process and adolescent, mid-life and aging challenges and transitions.
My office is in the heart of beautiful downtown Stuart, Florida. I provide a safe and secure environment for my clients. My approach is compassionate and practical; grounded in education, experience and common sense. My goal is help you set achievable goals and provide direction and support in reaching them.
