I am a certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist offering an effective intervention used to treat trauma. I am also trained and certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which identifies negative patterns and works towards lasting change. I am licensed in both Pennsylvania and New York State.
