I work particularly well with folks who have had a difficult relationship with their mothers and the impacts of that relationship on all areas of your life.

In therapy, the relationship that develops between us becomes the foundation and container for healing and awareness that allows you to grow. I specialize in healing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss by integrating somatic, depth, CBT and mindfulness traditions. I enjoy teaching couples how to create loving and satisfying relationships.
