I work with the whole family in my private practice - individual, couples & families. I love helping families develop closer, healthy relationships and individuals to become strong and confident. As a seasoned Licensed Marital & Family Therapist I help couples who with better communication, how to resolve conflicts in a healthy manner and to reconnect and develop a closer relationship. I also do premarital counseling. As a LPC and a Clinical EFT Certified Practitioner I assist with strategies to deal with anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, grief and individual well being. I will tailor your therapy to fit your individual needs.
As a Registered Play Therapist and Certified Child & Parenting Specialist I use a lot of expresssive therapies with children and adolescents. This includes art, sand tray & play therapy. Family therapy is another of my specialties. Parent / child therapy results in closer relationships. Parenting skills & strategies are part of parenting sessions.
My private practice is currently done virtually on an encrypted HIPPA compliant platform. Virtual work allows you to have sessions from the comfort of your home or conveniently from a private office space, with no travel involved, saving time and gas and additional stress rushing. This is similar to a Zoom call. These sessions can be individual or couples.
