The intention of this work is to help you grow and live fully and be capable of navigating relationships, stress, anxiety, whatever life throws at you. Whether you come as an individual or as a couple my work is to attune with you and help you move forward with your goals.
I offer an empathic space to help individuals and couples make meaningful change. I use various insight techniques in session including Compassionate Inquiry, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems and breath-work. I help facilitate higher levels of mental and emotional well being through the clients own inquiry and contact with self in session.
I help you grow by learning to communicate effectively, reduce negativity, manage conflict, and increase emotional closeness. I have decades of experience as a psychotherapist with a broad understanding of current methodologies. I am also a lifelong practitioner and student of meditation, human potential and the mind-body connection.
