I can help with your Depression and Anxiety to gain more joy and less feelings of being overwhelmed with life. If you have anger I can help you understand it and how to cope with it. If you have unresolved childhood issues I can help you heal pain and resentment from the past. I can help your child behave better if they are acting out. If you have experienced something traumatic I can provide you with very specific treatment so you can move on. If your struggling with addiction I can help you live substance free.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentialed to work with Individuals, Couples, and Family Therapy. I specialize in helping Individuals cope with their stress and Depression, couples with their communication problems, and families with children that are behaving poorly.
