I received degrees and have trained at major institutions, such as Sofia University, the University of Texas at Austin, Stanford University, Ohio State University, and nationally and state accredited hospitals. I am a certified facilitator of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and a specialist in positive psychology.
