We all want to feel understood and close to those we care about the most. I focus on improving life in the here and now and realizing your life's possibilities. I am honored to work with clients on healing places of pain in their past or present using deep forms of therapy.
I specialize in helping couples improve communication and closeness, recover from affairs and come back from the brink of divorce. I also specialize in helping individuals to move forward after breakups, divorces and major life changes. My goal is to promote deep healing of yourself and your relationships.
I focus on helping clients heal themselves and their relationships through emotionally-focused therapy, which is a gold standard approach helping between 70-90% of people improve their relationships. This approach works deeply to transform relationships with significant others and oneself with long terms gains. I also offer EMDR a gold standard for trauma.
