Accompanied by anxiety, depression, these pissues subtract from our time and energy. Everyone wants to enjoy life to the fullest, have hope, and feel accepted living in the present moment. The scope of my practice is for individuals, couples, and adolescents. I keep a few slots for persons with alcohol use as long as they are in an established program of recovery.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (SC License 4) and Board Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor I follow the principles of Solution Focused Therapy and the philosophy of Dr. Alfred Adler’s Individual Psychology. I have worked in settings such as vocational rehabilitation, mental health center, psychiatric hospitals, alcohol/drug treatment centers
