There are so many things in our society that are affecting girls and the women they grow into. Together though we can change their thoughts around their experiences and help to build resilience and strength so they can develop into the strong, confident women they were destined to be.
My expertise includes self-esteem/confidence issues, anxiety/perfectionism, depression, addiction (including social media addiction), and trauma. I also offer self-esteem, coping and social anxiety groups for girls as well as Coaching for girls and women.
I bring life experience and over 15 years in the field working with adolescents, adults and families dealing with these issues. I have worked in school settings, juvenile justice settings, outpatient facilities and hospitals. My office is centrally located in Middlesex County. I am an out-of-network provider.
