Throughout my years of experience, I have been given the opportunity to assist individuals with developmental disabilities, substance abuse, mental health issues and relationship problems. Resolving underlying issues of fears, guilt, shame, trauma, abuse, or unforgiveness, is key to healing. Therapy is gentle, honest and positively focused forward.
Building self esteem and reprocessing traumatic or distressing memories are common directions of therapy, in which EMDR is used. Resources such as personal strengths, support systems and spiritual focus are encouraged for individual's in therapy. Relational counseling frequently involves restoring sincere and caring communication, support and deeper connections.
