For over 22 years, I've enjoyed helping people to develop strategies to reduce stress/anxiety, depression, and successfully navigate common life issues related to career, life transitions, and grief/loss. As we all are trying to cope with the current crisis, we are having to adjust and find ways to maintain our mental health, relationships, friendships, and health. I offer phone and video (FaceTime & Zoom) sessions until we get out of this crisis and can resume office visits. I have sliding scale rates based on household income. I use a strength-based approach infusing cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques to help individuals overcome obstacles, address issues, and experience improved quality life/relationships. I also infuse principles of wellness which focuses on the balance between intellectual, emotional, social, physical health. Evening and weekend hours
