I have helped individuals address concerns including but not limited to: situational stress, adjustment to life changes, depression, anxiety, abuse (emotional, physical, sexual), trauma, relationship difficulties, family concerns, marital/partner conflicts, parenting and life skills. My practice includes work with adolescents, adults, and families.
I utilize a variety of approaches which include but are not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): an approach that addresses dysfunctional emotions, behaviors, and cognitions through a goal-oriented, systematic process.
