Hello! I am currently full and not accepting new patients. I am a psychologist who offers a non-judgemental space to support integrative growth and healing (mind/body connection). My approach to therapy is tailored to the individual or family who seeks treatment and is ready for positive emotional and behavioral change. The structure of our sessions is a back and forth conversation: a place for you to feel heard and also receive specific tools and communication techniques to use in any area or relationship in your life.
I mostly use a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach & incorporate science and education about the nervous system to learn and help cope with what you are thinking, feeling and doing, so you can re-navigate to be who you want to be and get where you want to go.
California inherently breeds a fast-paced life style which naturally causes undue stress. Stress reduction and mindfulness are two unique qualities that are prevalent in my treatment. I hope to share these quick and easy tips specifically tailored to you!
