I am not able to accept any new patients. I work with adults and seniors and have training and/or significant experience in diagnosing and treating most issues and disorders with the exception of drug/alcohol abuse. I treat people with 'life issues', the psychological version of the flu and people with more serious or complicated problems such as severe OCD, bi polar, eating disorders, and trauma--psychological version of pneumonia....and everything in between. My goal is to help people identify their problem, decide upon treatment goal(s), decide treatment options, and work together to achieve their goals.
I provide information and education, but you make all the decisions. I am an active therapist in that I will ask questions to help you look at your thoughts & feelings from different perspectives. I am skilled in a variety of treatment techniques so we can find one that fits you.
