I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) serving children, adolescents, individuals, couples, college/graduate students, and LGBTQ clients. I have been practicing as a Mental Health Clinician for 14 years providing services in group homes, communities, educational, and private practice settings. At Peace of Mind Therapy, LLC, we offer services by other Licensed Professional Counselors or Licensed Social Workers that are Qualified, Capable, & Culturally Competent.
I offer an individualized approach to meet each client's needs. I strive to build on personal strengths. Clients can look forward to a warm and nurturing therapeutic environment. My goal is to provide support and guidance to clients who want or need to make positive changes in their lives.
I utilize an Integrated/Eclectic, Strength Based Approach to therapy, including but not limited to, Client Centered, Adlerian, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy methods to address issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anger Management, Adjustment Disorders, Low Self-Esteem, and Lack of Coping or Social Skills.
