I have over 30 years experience in mental health working with children, adolescents and adults in individual, family and group settings. I work with mood disorders, grief/loss and life transition issues. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy and hypnotherapy, practicing a holistic mind/body approach.
