I consider it a privilege to walk alongside individuals who want to overcome life's challenges and I support them with proven therapeutic techniques. My specialties include: Depression, anxiety, chemical dependency, relationships, self esteem, and other stress related issues. I believe that my clients want to be empowered, that's why my therapeutic approach includes science based therapies and techniques including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Gottman Method Therapy. These therapies are scientifically based and proven to be efficacious treatments.
During my extensive work in a local psychiatric hospital setting, I saw the freedom that scientifically based therapies can produce and I would like you to experience the same freedom. Additionally, I am fully trained in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) an additional treatment approach that has been shown to be very effective.
