I've passionately served the NM queer community for the past 10 years. I work with adults struggling with generalized and social anxiety, trauma, depression, change of life/adjustment issues, grief & loss, and LGBTQ+ concerns (coming out, gender identity, transitioning, living an authentic life).
I'm a Person-Centered therapist. This means that my goal is to hold space so you can feel heard and supported with unconditional positive regard and non-judgment.
