I'm a clinical psychologist with over 25 years experience working with people who have anxiety, depression, nervous system dysregulation, inconsistent work performance, or a general dissatisfaction with their relationships or their lives. My practice emphasizes evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I have extensive experience tailoring these approaches to meet the specific needs of professional performers (actors, athletes, business people) and people living with serious medical conditions.
