I help children, adolescents, adults, families reduce stress, resolve crisis, & integrate trauma/grief using a strength-based, supportive relationship and evidence-based practices (play/expressive therapy, EMDR, Mind Body Medicine, trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems). I provide psychoeducation, consultation, parent coaching, counseling, and psychotherapy to address life stress and psychological, sexual, medical trauma.
