Life is hard; no one said it would be easy. Nothing that has value comes easily. It seems the things that can bring us lasting joy are the things we have to work to achieve. My role as a therapist is to facilitate a comfortable, empathetic environment free of judgment and based on trust. Together we will build a therapeutic partnership. The process will be based on your unique goals, and background. I will provide affordable, comfortable, effective service with as little stress as possible.

Currently, I am in private practice providing services to individual, couples and families.
