My experience has been treating people who suffer from: Anxiety Depression Mood Disorders Thoughts Disorders Chemical Dependency Issues Sexual Addictions In addition to the above, I have vast experience working with people who have: Basic life issues Marital problems Family stress Job stress Low self-esteem Sexual problems Social anxiety Sexuality identification. I have over 20 years experience helping people to be empowered and to be able to obtain the tools that they desire to tackle whatever problem is bothering them. I find that I utilize a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution/strength based, behavioral and systems therapy approaches.
My sessions typically run between 45 to 60 minutes and I make myself available to you as often as it is needed to get the job done. My goal is to ensure that the therapeutic process be empowering, productive and very enjoyable for you.
