My work focuses on adults, especially men (28 yo+), who seek healing, growth and a better relationship with this stage of their life. They want more than mere symptom relief and book recommendations. They are tired of the fears and disconnection and unhelpful core beliefs. They want to love and connect more easily. They want a path forward. Though I specialize in working with adult men, my real niche is process. For many clients, I guide them through a 3-phase path: healing to wholeness and inner peace. I am active and engaged throughout. Part of it employs psychological practices to achieve what are essentially spiritual (not religious) experiences.
Our sessions blend therapeutic talk with, when necessary, an active imagination process that uses deeper parts of your mind. In this way, you can rewire old habits, restore energy flow, heal, get clarity about what matters most, and develop creative solutions that are aligned with your wisened vision.
