I am an expert at helping adults who have autism, anxiety, depression, OCD, and/or couples issues. I help individuals regain control of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to improve their ability to function and gain satisfaction from the many environments (home, school, work, community) in which they interact with. I have worked hard to be competent in many modalities of therapy to fit my clients needs. My clients would say I am easy to get along with and have a good sense of humor. I am the owner of Utah Valley Psychology and have worked hard to make UVP a safe, healing, and supportive environment for all.
I am competent in working with adults of all ages in psychotherapy. I am effective in parent training helping parents to gain the skills necessary to support their child/teen. I help couples communicate, validate, and make lasting changes in their relationships. I support individuals to overcome mental health and other progress impeding challenges.
I pride myself in keeping informed and using evidenced based mental health practices to ensure success in meeting client needs. I have authored workbooks on anxiety, depression, pornography addiction, and psychosis. I feel it is a privileged to help others and I see the work I do as sacred duty.

ASD Wives Support Group
The ASD wives support group provides support for women with husbands who have an autism spectrum or other disorders that impact a husbands ability to show empathy and provide emotional support. The group is both support and educational in nature. Licensed psychologist Rob Dindinger Ph.D. is an expert on autism spectrum and personality disorders that impact marital relationships. Wives learn to set boundaries, meet their own interpersonal needs and support the development of a healthy relationship with their spouse.
