Counseling can be a very rewarding experience and help with many different concerns that you may be facing. I believe that balance is an essential part of happiness, and when one aspect of our life becomes out of balance, we often experience distress and discontent. It is important that therapeutic work be tailored to your specific needs to address your concerns. Everyone is unique and the problems that people are facing are never the same. My purpose is to restore balance back into your life by using an integrative approach. When selecting interventions I take many factors into consideration.
I work with individuals and families. My primary experience has been working with adults and children in crisis and those who have experienced trauma. I hope to be the supportive base from which you are able to reach your goals, whatever they may be.
