I specialize in complex trauma which often manifests as low self-worth, depression or anxiety in adults. I also offer aid to individuals navigating through grief and loss, interpersonal relationship challenges, major life transitions, and to anyone who is seeking to know themselves better.
Trained in Internal Family Systems therapy ( IFS, or parts work therapy), I have a deep appreciation for the complexity of your whole being.
