Are you depressed, anxious, or having conflicts in your relationships.? I have over 20 years experience in helping clients lessen their depression, reduce their anxiety, and resolve conflicts in their personal relationships with their significant others. I have had much success in helping clients improve their insight, understanding and perspective of their concerns and in their relationships. I provide a cognitive/behavioral approach to therapy, offerring direction and feedback as needed. I provide individual and couples counseling, having daytime and evening hours available.
I have been working with clients who have had Major Depression, BiPolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Relationship issues, and Behavioral Issues. I have enjoyed providing counseling to the LGBT Community. I have worked with clients involved with probation and the courts. I provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment in therapy.
I have a small private practice in my home. I accept some health insurances (HighMark BC/BS, and Aetna), as well as fee for service clients. I accept cash and checks for payment. I sometimes work on a sliding scale fee on a case by case basis.
