Reflections is a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that provides meaningful treatment to adolescents (ages 11-18) at our location in The Colony, and adults (ages 18-65) at our location in Plano suffering with mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. It is the first Behavioral Health Lifestyle Medicine day treatment facility in North Texas. The Arise Recovery Centers IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) was created to provide our clients with affordable, transparent, individualized, best practice, and effective drug & alcohol treatment while staying grounded in the principles of 12 step recovery. We work with each individual to heal their mind, body, and spirit, as they develop new life skills that result in long-term recovery.

The Arbor Behavioral Healthcare’s innovative inpatient program is located on 67 acres along the shores of the San Gabriel River. Clients reside in luxurious, gender specific residences that offer a small group setting, chef-prepared meals and a peaceful environment away from the distractions of life where one can focus on his or her recovery. We offer a holistic, 90-day program that includes both traditional and cutting-edge, evidence-based therapies. At BasePoint we provide 2 levels of care: Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient in a safe space where teens can build trust with our team while finding their purpose, learning healthy boundaries and coping skills, and practicing these skills with their peers, while also addressing academics with our Education Counselor. This unique approach allows teens to build these skills during the day, while being able to return to the comfort of their home in the evening. In addition to their adolescent program, BasePoint Academy provides a track specialized in emerging adults struggling with mental health or substance use, serving ages 18-30.
