I bring a unique perspective to my counseling practice. It is a gift to be able to point my clients towards their innate inner health via three Principles (Mind, Consciousness, and Thought) that, when understood, taps into our natural wisdom and common sense. This is an inside out process that heightens awareness to bring forth new insightful thinking. This inside-out understanding, fresh in the moment, bubbles up creativity to solve problems, enhance relationships, & brings good feelings for a meaningful, satisfying life. This is an experiential, not an intellectual process that is rich, fresh, and rewarding because it is the genuine self.
There is a healthy thought process within each of us that produces higher levels of well-being and healing insight while working with past traumas and negative emotions. In my practice I help clients understand and use their own natural mental health to reduce stress and live from deeper positive feelings for a happy life.
Rather than identifying and categorizing the presence or absence of symptoms of illness, my practice seeks to uncover the psychological health in my clients. Together we explore simple principles underlying an understanding of human psychological well-being. One of my past clients put it this way, "I love my simple smiles".

3 Principles of Psychological Health
Balance: analytical/intellect & intuitive/flow thinking is essential for psychological health. Most people don't understand how brain and Mind work; tapping into innate Wisdom. Especially during hard times, low moods, when negative memories and scary imagination take over, getting us lost in negative thoughts/feelings and spiraling down into unhealthy functioning. This group uncovers the mysteries of brain and Mind, like a road map, revealing how to get back on track to a satisfying & healthy life. Three Principles: Mind, Consciousness, and Thought will be used to guide participants to insights & higher levels of consciousness that enrich life experiences. This group will be via Telehealth.
