I offer validation in a supportive environment and facilitate your gaining insight into negative patterns which may be holding you back from having a fulfilling life. Taking the first step is the most difficult, but the journey can be so rewarding.
I provide individual counseling for adults and adolescents, drawing from solution focused and cognitive behavioral orientations, but adjust my approach depending on the client's presenting problem(s), strengths, and treatment goals. Treatment specializations for depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress, and women's issues.
