I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety and loss for adults by going beyond words. It takes courage to reach out for another human being who can be by your side while you turn toward the hard work of healing. We are not meant to walk alone through the toughest places in life. As a holistic counselor, I am here to witness and reflect your strength and wisdom, helping you to gain insight by drawing on your whole self; mind, body and spirit.
The relationship between your mind and body has been rigorously researched and shown to have a compelling effect on healing anxiety and trauma. I am a board certified Dance Movement Therapist and offer compassionate listening and reflection along with somatic (mind/body) therapy, expressive arts therapy and trauma sensitive yoga.
As a trauma survivor myself, I am deeply grateful to those who've lighted my path. Over the past 20 years, I have trained rigorously with a depth of experience to hold the lantern up for others. I welcome your questions and look forward to responding to your inquiry. E-mail is the best way to reach me.
