Although I treat many different issues, my biggest passions are healing wounds from childhood sexual abuse, working with mood disorders, and helping find a healthy balance in daily life.

I also offer corporate mental health solutions including educational classes, group trainings, individual therapy, as well as a comprehensive virtual wellness program working on all aspects of wellbeing from the comfort of the employee’s home to deepen work on decreasing stress and increasing wellbeing.
