I believe that we live in difficult and challenging times and there is no one who, at least on occasion, would not benefit from help in navigating their way through these times in order to have a better quality of life. I am here to listen to you and to help you achieve your vision for a happier and healthier life. I work with adults, teens, youth and children to address issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment to life changes, abuse, trauma, grief, and behavioral problems.
In my practice I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Using these approaches, you will learn how you can improve your own emotional state. These are evidence-based practices which means that they have been studied and proven as effective methods for producing change.
I am always interested in learning new skills and strategies so that I can better serve your needs. If we are doing life right, learning never ends.
