I am a licensed psychologist who has extensive experience working with adolescents, and adults. I provide individual in a safe and supportive environment. My goal is to help you discover your strengths and increase your ability to cope with stressful life transitions that may lead to depression, anxiety, or emotional distress.
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a treatment for children who have experienced trauma, as well as evidenced based treatments to improve parent/caregiver and child interactions. I also provide psychoeducational assessment services for children and adolescents.
